Yes, we recommend a consultation for all new Clients that visit the Clinic. This includes an indepth skin consultation and skin analysis. This way we can tailor the correct skincare program for you ,whist achieving optimum skin health and results that you would like to see.
You can receive a facial treatment on the same day as consultation.
*Consultation fee is redeemable against all facial treatments and skincare.

Yes, an Online €40 deposit is required to secure your booking. This booking fee is put towards your treatment price at check out.
Bookings can be cancelled or changed online up to 48 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge.
*If you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the T&C's your payment method may be charged the remaining balance of your booking amount.
Please do not visit the salon if you have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms, or been in contact with anyone affected by COVID-19 in the 14 days previous to your appointment.
For your first appointment you can call the Clinic or check on our online booking system for the next available opening. You may be lucky to get a booking within the same week , to avoid disappointment please give plenty of time making your appointment. (At least two weeks)

Weather it's your first visit to the clinic or you are a regular client, our skin experts will always assess your skin on the day and recommend the correct treatment for you. All skin treatments can be adjusted to suit your skincare needs. We tailor skincare programs for each of our client to achieving optimum results and skin health.
*All treatments are explained fully to clients, we go through medical history and preform patch tests if needed before any skincare treatments making sure you are a suitable candidate for certain treatments.

Yes, you will receive a reminder email 2 days prior your appointment with Pre and Postcare guidelines of your treatments. You will also receive an email with aftercare on the day after your treatment.
*During your visit your aesthetician will verbally go through your aftercare aswel.
Yes, to avoid disappointment we advice to re-book your next clinic visit for maximum results that you are looking to achieve. If a follow up appointment if needed after a certain treatment we will advice you on the correct time line for follow up and check in.
